Insurance
At this time I am in network with some Blue Cross Blue Shield and AETNA Insurance plans. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.​
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule. The full session fee will be collected if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
